Length: 17.9 miles
Trailhead: Starting at the campground at Two Medicine by Pray Lake, cross the bridge for the Oldman Lake Trail and take a right towards Pitamakan Pass.

The route can be done in either direction, but the described counter-clockwise direction is the preferred way.

The trail goes over a ridge of Rising Wolf Mountain, passes a waterfall from Sky Lake and works up to Oldman Lake. From there the trail switchbacks up to Pitamakan Pass. Watch for bighorn sheep as you traverse down through Dawson Pass and into Bighorn Basin. Continue along the shores of Two Medicine Lake.
